YOUR PRIVACY

Privacy & cookies

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This policy covers the Replica 11 product microsite intended for replica11.io. It explains how optional Google Analytics and embedded media work on this site. This website does not require you to accept optional processing to browse, download the trial or follow the purchase link.

1. Who is responsible?

The data controller is Petr Chroustovský, trading as d3arts.cz, business ID 87220474, Milady Horákové 1076/9, 500 06 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. For privacy questions or requests, email info@d3arts.cz.

2. Website delivery and contact

The site is a static product presentation. It has no registration form, payment form or customer database. Images and fonts are served with the website; opening the page does not fetch fonts from Google.

When the public website is deployed, the hosting server will receive technical request data such as your IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and response status to deliver and protect the site. The legal basis for necessary delivery and security processing is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider and any logging retention period will be specified before public launch, once the server configuration is confirmed. The local preview is served on your own computer.

If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to provide to respond. The legal basis is steps at your request before a contract or performance of a contract where applicable (Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Correspondence is kept only as needed for the enquiry and any related legal obligations or claims. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Remembering your privacy choice

We use a browser localStorage item named replica11-privacy to remember your choices. It contains the policy version, timestamp and separate choices for optional media and analytics. It is used only to respect your privacy preferences, is not an advertising identifier and is not transmitted to us by this application.

The choice expires after 180 days and is checked when a page loads. Expired or outdated choices are discarded and requested again. You can also remove it using your browser’s site-data controls. If storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page. Necessary preference storage does not require optional-cookie consent.

4. Optional YouTube videos

Both videos are hosted by YouTube, a Google service. No YouTube player or thumbnail is requested before media consent. If you allow optional videos, the standard embedded YouTube players load from youtube.com. Playback is controlled by YouTube’s own player. Google may receive your IP address, device and browser details, the referring page and playback interactions, and may use cookies or other browser storage. These are standard YouTube embeds, not privacy-enhanced-mode players.

The legal basis for loading optional embedded media is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Ireland Limited provides Google services in the EEA; processing may involve Google entities and infrastructure outside the EEA. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s international transfer information for its processing and safeguards. Google determines the retention of data it receives according to its policies.

You can withdraw consent using Privacy settings → Reject optional. This removes loaded players and blocks further embedded playback. It does not undo processing that already occurred or delete storage on Google domains; use your browser and Google account controls for that. Direct “Watch on YouTube” links take you to YouTube, where its own privacy settings apply.

5. Optional Google Analytics

With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-SKLQ6T9GJM, to understand visits, traffic sources, page use and engagement and improve this product website. The Google tag is not downloaded and no analytics request is initiated by this site until you opt in to analytics. YouTube permission alone does not enable analytics.

Google receives technical information including network connection information, device and browser details, page and referral information, interaction events and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, license keys or payment details to Analytics. Page-view configuration omits query strings and URL fragments. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration; advertising consent stays denied.

Analytics uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_SKLQ6T9GJM to distinguish visitors and sessions. This site sets a maximum cookie lifetime of 180 days without refreshing expiry on each visit. Google Analytics account-level retention is configured separately from cookie expiry; the actual event-data retention setting must be confirmed before public launch. It cannot be determined from the measurement ID alone.

The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited in the EEA and may involve processing by Google entities outside the EEA. See Google’s Privacy Policy and international transfer safeguards. Google’s processing and retention also depend on the Analytics property settings.

You can reject analytics independently of videos, or withdraw consent using Privacy settings. Withdrawal disables further collection by this tag, deletes accessible Analytics cookies on this site and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag. It does not delete information already sent to Google or affect the lawfulness of prior processing. Contact us about your data rights.

6. Purchases, downloads and licenses

Purchases, customer accounts, billing and license management are handled on d3arts.cz. Following those links takes you to a separate website with its own privacy information and terms. Downloads and manuals are also served by d3arts.cz, whose server receives the request. To show current release information, this site requests version files from d3arts.cz when you visit the download page, and license, README or release-history text when you open the corresponding document page. These requests omit account credentials, are not analytics, and are used to provide the product information you request (our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The source server receives technical request information such as your IP address. The desktop application and your use of ElevenLabs or OpenAI are outside the scope of this microsite policy.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Contact info@d3arts.cz to exercise your rights. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech supervisory authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), or your local EEA data protection authority. This microsite does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Change your choices

Changes introducing a new optional purpose require a new choice. You can continue using the product presentation with all optional processing rejected.
